We've been a long way south, only a few thousand kilometres from the Antartic, it was bloody cold.
Why? to see another glacier of course, the Perito Moreno Glacier to be precise and it was huge. A massive block of ice that ends in a 60m high wall of ice in a lake. Not only is it huge, but also loud, it creaks, cracks, crashes and other things meaning noise beginning with c. Huge chunks of it fall into the water creating mini tidal waves across the lake (though not so mini if you are in a boat).
Damn impressive. Will try to add some pictures when I find a computer that works properly.
